AORUS cooperated with George, known as Overchilled ,to build a case with Z490I AORUS ULTRA and RTX 2080 SUPER™ WATERFORCE WB 8G . As you can see, this case mod is AORUS-THEMED with classic orange & gunmetal gray. Let’s find out all of the details.

George explained the design concept behind “Limbo”

"The concept was to build a unique Mini Rig based on Aorus hardware, branding and colors. Striker from Antec was chosen to host this project mostly because of the looks but moreover to challenge myself to fit everything I wanted to in this tiny case. Lots of modifications had to take place in order to mount such a big flat reservoir (EK Quantum Kinetic) and a second radiator at the back side. The case coloring, 3d printing stuff, vinyls came along the way while working on it day by day. My goal was to make it interesting from every angle and attention to detail hope you like it! "

It’s tiny but high-performance. Z490I AORUS ULTRA is a mini-ITX motherboard perfect for the small form factor PC. With the 10th Gen Intel CPU & dual slots of AORUS RGB Memory , the board is ready to Soar To New Height. Let’s take a look on to the case.

We chose Antec Striker which perfectly fits with Z490I AORUS ULTRA. To make an AORUS-THEMED case,George painted it with gunmetal gray paint and decorated with fire-orange stickers.

See the fans on the radiator, George used a 3D printer to make customized AORUS fans grills! Also, the fans grills are also painted with gunmetal gray paint.

The GPU is RTX 2080 SUPER™ WATERFORCE WB 8G. By using a heat gun, George gently removed the sticker from the GPU. Now, you can not only see the whole tubing inside but also make RGB more visible.

To make it more “AORUS”, we chose fire-orange coolant and you can find every torque has a fire-orange ring.
